CAMBRIDGE — A Kewanee man has been charged with a 14th count of Class 4 felony violation of an order of protection filed on Monday. Dale Livingston, 42, is in jail on $250,000 bail. A preliminary hearing was set for Jan. 14. According to the circuit clerk's file, he is alleged to have come within 100 feet of a woman he was supposed to stay away from on or about Dec. 28. Mr. Livingston appeared at a pre-trial hearing on Dec. 28 on the 13 other counts, along with one count Class 3 felony aggravated stalking. At that time, his attorney, Larry Vandersnick, said he needed more time to think over the terms of a negotiated plea. The earlier counts were divided into four cases filed March 30, May 24, May 25 and July 27.
