Police are looking for a Moline man facing a felony charge of unlawful possession, with intent to deliver, for allegedly having 500 to 2,000 grams of cannabis in June.

On Dec. 20, the Rock Island County Sheriff's Department issued a warrant for Frank Julius Young, 28, of 1151 1/2 14th Ave., Moline. He was not in the Rock Island County Jail Thursday evening, according to a jail official.

Records indicate that upon his arrest, Mr. Young will be held on a $30,000 bond.
