Phyllis M. Witmore, 84, of Moline, died Friday, Jan. 4, 2013, at Illini Restorative Care, Silvis.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 8, at Schroder Mortuary, Silvis, where further arrangements are pending.
