George Beck, 85, of Bettendorf, died Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013, at Trinity Bettendorf.
There are no services or visitation.
He was born April 17, 1927 in Utica, N.Y., to Joseph and Myrtle Beck. He married Vivian Day Sept. 24, 1949, in Utica.
He retired from the Rock Island Arsenal.
Survivors are wife; sons, Tom, Bettendorf, and Greg, LeClaire; and three grandchildren. He was preceded by son, Gary.
