Martin Foster, 74, of Coal Valley, died on Monday, Jan. 21, 2013, at Hope Creek Care Center, East Moline.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Schroder Mortuary, Colona, where further arrangements are pending.
