Services are 1 p.m. Friday at McGinnis-Chambers, Bettendorf, with visitation 11 a.m. to services.
He was born Feb. 28, 1985, in Davenport, son of Timothy and Mary Warner Briggs.
Surviving are his mother and stepfather, Mary and Gregory Mann, Davenport; daughter, Isabella Von Maur; siblings, Kayla, Tim and Nehemiah Briggs, all of Davenport; grandmothers, Betty Warner and Carol Briggs, both of Davenport; girlfriend, Sarah, Davenport.
