Crystal Lynn Neuhaus, 52, of Bettendorf, died Feb. 4, 2013, at Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf.
Memorial services are 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Paul Lutheran, Davenport. Visitation is 4 to 8 p.m. today at church. Inurnment is at Oakdale Memorial Gardens, Davenport.
She was born in 1960. She married Tom Neuhaus, June 16, 1984, in Dubuque, Iowa.
She is survived by her husband; children, Brock and Kara; parents, Bob and Mary Henkes; brothers, Dana Henkes, Perry Henkes, all of Dubuque. She was preceded in death by triplet sons.
