Vicki Basala (Ireland), formerly of LeClaire, born Feb. 25, 1955, passed peacefully Jan. 22, 2013, in Nipomo, Calif. She left behind the love of her life, husband, Richard Basala. A celebration of her life will be held at Pebble Creek Golf Course, LeClaire, from 2 to 5 p.m. on Feb. 9.
