Mercy Vineyard Church, Moline, is raising $6,000 to buy 200 hens, plus materials and labor to build hen houses. These hens will help to feed the 50+ orphans from the His Grace Orphanage in Burora, western Uganda. They also will produce eggs for the orphanage to sell and help finance the orphanage. In fact, 100 eggs per day would completely finance their entire ministry. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and trivia starts at 7. Cost is $10 per person with teams of up to eight. Bring your own food, drink and snacks for your team. RSVP to contact@findmercy.org There is room for 12 teams only. Bree and Andy Boswell are getting ready for the trivia night.
