Press release submitted by Fulton Chamber of Commerce

The volunteer educators at Fulton's Windmill Cultural Center will begin youth tours in April 2013. This year's theme is "Wheels Around the World." Visitors will learn about traveling across Europe using different modes of transportation, with a cultural and science emphasis adapted to each grade level.
School children will visit four stations in Fulton's windmill area, two at the Windmill Cultural Center and two at the Windmill. Tours last one-hour.
The curriculum is adaptable to ages 6 through adulthood and is open not only to school groups, but to other youth organizations. Groups should have one adult sponsor for every ten children. The maximum of 50 students per hour will be offered weekdays at 10:00am, 11:30am, and 1:00pm, April through October. A suggested donation of $1.00 per student is asked to go towards operations and enhancement of the windmill area.
Reservations must be made with Heather Bennett at 815 589 4545 or chamber@cityoffulton.us No groups will be scheduled on Friday of Dutch Days, May 3.
