J.B. Penn, Deere & Co.'s chief economist, will discuss "The Billion Dollar Question -- What's Next for Our Economy?" at tonight's Economic Forecast 2013 event from 4 to 6:30 p.m. at the Putnam Museum,1717 W. 12th St., Davenport.
The event is sponsored by the Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce. The cost to attend is $15 for chamber members and $20 for nonmembers.
