A Rock Island man faces a felony charge of criminal sexual assault after an alleged incident in January.

Juilien Quintez Harris-Bentley, of 1400 15th Ave., who turned 21 on Tuesday, remained in the Rock Island County Jail on Tuesday on a $130,000 bond.

The victim was a teenaged girl who was "unable to give knowing consent" at the time of the alleged act, court records state.

Mr. Harris-Bentley is to have no contact with the teen if he is released from jail.

He will appear again in court Feb. 26 for a preliminary hearing.
