Thomas M. Cosner, 52, of Park View, died Feb. 18, 2013, at Genesis East, Davenport.
Services are 10 a.m. Friday at McCausland United Methodist. Visitation is 4 to 7 p.m. today at Chambers, Eldridge. Burial is at Rock Island National Cemetery.
He was born Jan. 30, 1961, in Davenport.
He retired from the Navy in 1993.
Surviving are his children, Kristina, Daytona, Fla., Michael, Arlington Heights, Ill., and Samantha, Iowa City; parents, Charles and Nancy Cosner, McCausland; and brothers, Tim, Eldridge, and Mark, Chillicothe, Ill.
