The recent dose of winter weather that hit the Quad-Cities' area made an even bigger mark in the area's southernmost reaches, which in turn has affected one of the area's Class 2A boys' basketball regional tournaments.

The Monmouth-Roseville Regional championship game, originally scheduled for Friday night, has been moved today at 2 p.m. at the Shoebox in Monmouth, and will pit the 23-4, top-seeded host Titans against the winner of Friday's semifinal between No. 2 Knoxville and No. 3 Farmington -- a game postponed from Thursday night.

The winner of today's rescheduled championship game will play in Tuesday's 7:30 p.m. semifinal at the 2A Farmington Sectional.
