Jose Fernando Castillo Otamendi, 92, of Moline, passed away Feb. 20, 2013, at his home.
Fernando was born Feb. 10, 1921, in Salvatiarra, GTO, Mexico, the son of Joaquin Castillo and Maura Otamendi.
Survivors include his children Luz Maria, Carmen Maria, Fernando, Alfonso and Maura Castillo Ramirez; brother Alfonso Castillo Otamendi.
