Geneseo man enters guilty plea for DUI charge

CAMBRIDGE -- A Geneseo man entered an open guilty plea in Henry County Circuit Court on Tuesday to two counts Class 4 felony aggravated driving under the influence.

Bryton Kincaid's plea before Judge Richard Zimmer came in lieu of a jury trial that was scheduled to begin on Tuesday. The judge ordered apre-sentencing investigation before sentencing on June 10.

According to the circuit court file, Mr. Kincaid was the driver of a 1998 Mazda that was involved in an accident about 10 p.m. April 21 at 1100 North and about 2040 East in rural Lynn Center.

Kody Bosch, 19, address unknown, and Tyler Farr, 22, of rural Orion, were injured in the accident.
