The East Moline Main Street Business Association will hold Nancy Tragarz Annual Spring Cleanup downtown from 8:30 a.m. to noon Saturday. Volunteers will meet for doughnuts and coffee at the Amvet’s Hall, 827 15th Ave. Lunch will be served at the Amvet's Hall.
