RI County 4H horse program members Anna Taylor and Robbie Mosenfelder are preparing for the annual 4H Dinner and Line Dance on Friday, Feb. 21 at the Teamsters Union Hall, 3511 78th Ave. W., Rock Island. Dinner is from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., followed by line dance lessons from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., and the dance from 8:30 to 10 p.m. Tickets are $8 and available at the door. It includes pulled pork, baked beans and chips, line dance lessons and the dance. Silent auction items include artwork, "bling" horse tack, jewelry and haunted hay rack rides for 10 people. A bake sale will also be held. Proceeds will be used to maintain and improve the barn and the horse arena at the Rock Island County Fairgrounds.
