The deadline to apply for a Moline Community Foundation grant is Jan. 31.
Applications must be postmarked or turned into the Moline Foundation Offices,Deere-Wiman House, 817 11th Ave., Moline,by 4 p.m. Jan. 31.
Any non-profit organization that hasn't received funding in the past from the Moline Foundation is eligible to apply.
Applications should include 11 copies of a written request containing the name, address and mission of the organization as well as names and addresses of board members, an income and expense statement, balance sheet, what any money received would be used for and a projected budget. A contact name, phone number and email also must be included.
