Press release submitted by city of Fulton
A food theme begins for the month of February for Wild Winter Wednesdays at the Windmill Cultural Center in Fulton. The first program will be February 6 at 9 a.m. when Pam VanZuiden and Judy Holesinger will teach guests how to make crepes. Sampling the French pancakes will be part of the experience. Crepes were very popular in the U.S. from the 1970's until the mid 1990's and renewed interest in the thin pancakes is spreading.
The volunteer educators at the Windmill Cultural Center plan winter morning programs for 9 a.m. on Wednesdays during January, February, and March. Most January events centered around travel and in March the focus will be on springtime. All events are free and the building is easily accessible.
