Nina G. Belver, 72, of Moline, passed away Saturday, March 15, 2014, at Aspen Rehabilitation in Silvis.
A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 18, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, 6601 38th Ave., Moline. There will be a visitation from 1 p.m. until service time at the funeral home. Burial will be at Moline Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to the family.
Nina was born June 1, 1941, in Peoria, Ill., the daughter of Charles Robert and Daisy Ione St. Clair Murphy. Nina married Harry Belver on Sept. 5, 1958, in Rock Island, and he preceded her in death on July 11, 2012.
Nina was a homemaker and enjoyed embroidery and reading. She also enjoyed shopping and her handbags; above all, her love was her family and spending time with her great-nieces and -nephews.
Survivors include her sisters, Janice Nolan, Peoria, Pam Nicewanner, East Moline, Mary Fuller; brother, Scott (Betty) Murphy, Georgia; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; and siblings, Charlotte Murphy, Charles E. St. Clair, James Keenie and Jean Sams.
