Tug Fest

Dispatch/Argus Photo By Chuck Thomas Port Byron and LeClaire started a tug of war over the Mississippi River between Illinois and Iowa 11 years ago. Port Byron has won the contest seven times. The August Port Byron Tug Fest kicks off a weekend of festivities that includes a charity golf tournament, food, games and lots of fun.
