Quad-Cities OnlineŽ offers training seminars covering both using Windows as well as using the Internet. To keep up to date on information about future classes, visit our Training Classes site. If you are not able to make the next seminar scehduled for January 16, 2007, please call our office at 757-5037 or e-mail to support@qconline.com and let us know what time of day and day of the week would work best for you. We will then begin planning new seminars based on the needs of those customers and the times that fit the most schedules!
Thanksgiving Hours - 16.Nov.06
The Quad-Cities Online customer service staff would like to
inform our members that phone support will be available for
reduced hours on Thanksgiving Day.
Holiday phone support hours will be from 9am to noon on
Thursday, November 23. Normal business hours will resume on Friday.
Norton Causing E-mail Errors - 19.Sept.06
Recent updates to Norton Security and Antivirus software has caused some customers to be unable to send or receive email. Mail Server Issues - 11.January.06
As of 10:30am this morning Quad-Cities OnlineŽ technical staff were working on E-mail server issues. By 2:45pm the issues were resolved and E-mail should be working as normal.

Dial Up Accelerator Now Available - 29.May.05
Quad-Cities Online has upgraded to the latest version of the Dial Up Accelerator. If you already have downloaded the accelerator program you will need to download and install the updated version that is compatible with more browsers and has corrections to previously experience bugs. Please visit our Installation Page to save the new version of the Dial Up Accelerator.

Virus Filter - 8.December.01
Quad-Cities OnlineŽ E-mail services were upgraded on December 6 to install a new anti-virus screening service. This filter will attempt to block E-mail messages that contain harmful content. You will still need ant-virus software to protect your machine from getting new viruses or viruses spread ways other than E-mail.
