Easy Broccoli Casserole

1 package (20 ounces) chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1-1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup crushed Cheese Nip crackers
Cook and drain chopped broccoli. Mix mayonnaise, soup, cheese and lemon juice. Combine with broccoli.
Place in a greased 2-quart caserole dish. Top with crushed Cheese Nip crackers. Cover with vented plastic
wrap. Microwave on high for 12 minutes.
