Twiced Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

3 pounds potatoes, peeled, boiled and drained
1 cup milk
1/2 stick butter
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
Pepper
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1/3 cup grated Parmesan or Cheddar cheese
Paprika, if desired

Instructions

Mash potatoes with milk and butter. Add green onions, salt, pepper, sour cream and parsley. Stir together well and place in a casserole dish. Top with grated Parmesan or Cheddar cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Can sprinkle paprika on top.
