Twiced Baked Potatoes

3 pounds potatoes, peeled, boiled and drained
1 cup milk
1/2 stick butter
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
Pepper
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1/3 cup grated Parmesan or Cheddar cheese
Paprika, if desired

Mash potatoes with milk and butter. Add green onions, salt, pepper, sour cream and parsley. Stir together
well and place in a casserole dish. Top with grated Parmesan or Cheddar cheese.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Can sprinkle paprika on top.
