2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen spinach
5 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 medium onions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Accent
1-1/2 teaspoons pepper
3/4 cup butter, softened
2 cups herb stuffing
Cook spinach and drain well. Add all other ingredients except stuffing and mix well. Add herb stuffing and
mix well. Let mixture set at room temperature 20 minutes.
Form into balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 60 to 80
balls. Freeze well.
