1 package Buddig dried beef
1 pound American cheese
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese

Place large piece of aluminum foil on counter and arrange dried beef slices on top to form a rectangle. Spread cheese mixture over beef, starting in center and work to edges. Pick up edge of aluminum foil and roll up beef completely around cheese. Wrap roll in foil and refrigerate. After roll is chilled, remove aluminum foil and cut roll into slices.
