Sausage and Egg Burritos

Ingredients

1 pound sausage, cooked
1 dozen eggs, scrambled
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 jalapeno peppers, minced
1 dozen flour tortillas
Salsa
Sour cream, optional

Instructions

Combine sausage, eggs, onion, green pepper and jalapeno peppers in skillet and cook for 15 minutes. Season as desired. Warm tortillas in microwave for 2 minutes or until warm. Place desired amount of sausage and egg mixture on each tortilla. Garnish with salsa and sour cream. Fold each tortilla in half and serve.
