Cheesey Brat Stew

6 fully cooked bratwurst or Polish sausage, about 1 pound, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
4 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
1 can (16 ounces) cut green beans, drained
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 small onion, chopped
In a 3-quart casserole, stir together the bratwurst or Polish sausage, potatoes, green beans, mushroom
soup, Cheddar cheese and onion.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until heated through. Yield: 8 servings.
