2 pounds chuck or round steak, trim all fat
1 bottle (14 ounces) ketchup
1 can (12 ounces) beer
1/2 cup brown sugar
Place meat in 2-quart casserole or Crockpot. Combine the ketchup, beer and sugar; mix well and pour
over meat. Cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 to 3 hours or cook in slow cooker on low all day.
When done, shred meat into the sauce and use as barbecue on hamburger buns.
