Spanish Corn with Chicken

Ingredients

2 tablespoons margarine
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1-1/2 cups frozen corn
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Cut chicken breast into 1-inch squares. Melt margarine and add chicken, chili powder and cumin. Cook 4 minutes. Add corn, onion, green pepper and salt; cook until chicken and vegetables are done, approximately 4 minutes.
