Ten-Minute Chicken

2 cups diced, cooked chicken
2 cups chopped celery
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup toasted almonds
1 can (8 ounces) water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Crushed potato chips, for topping


Combine all ingredients, except potato chips, and pour into ungreased 9x13-inch baking pan. Top with potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
