Easy Ground Beef Casserole

1 pound ground beef
Garlic salt
2 to 3 onions, sliced
Pepper
3 to 5 unpeeled potatoes, sliced
Salt
1 can (16 ounces) cream-style corn

In 2-quart greased casserole, crumble uncooked ground beef. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Cover with sliced
onions. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper to taste. Cover with sliced unpeeled potatoes. Sprinkle with
salt. Pour cream-style corn over top of mixture.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes or until potatoes
are done.
