I usually double this recipe for potlucks.
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
3 cups cooked rice
1 jar (8 ounces) Cheez Whiz
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup butter or margarine
Saute onion in butter until tender. Add soup and Cheeze Whiz, stir until melted. Add rice and broccoli. Bake in 2-quart casserole dish, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
