Easy Hamburger Steak

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons margarine
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

Mix together beef, milk, salt and pepper. Shape into 4 steak size patties and flour each side. Brown in margarine in skillet. Drain off fat and simmer with the soup added until well blended.
