Peanut Butter Cups

These are very easy to make and will be the hit of your Christmas parties or as homemade gifts.

Ingredients

1 stick margarine, melted
1 cup peanut butter, plain or chunky
1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
12 ounces chocolate chips or almond bark

Instructions

Melt margarine in a saucepan or in the microwave. Add peanut butter; mix well. Add sugar and mix until smooth. Roll into balls and dip in melted chocolate chips or almond bark or use candy molds instead of dipping. Makes about 50 to 60.
