Grape Nut Bread

4 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups sour milk (make sour by adding 1-1/2 tablespoons vinegar)
1-1/2 cups grape nuts cereal
2 eggs

Mix first six ingredients in large bowl, then add last two ingredients; mix well. Pour into a well-greased 9x13-inch cake pan. Bake uncovered in preheated 350 degree oven for one hour. Tastes great warm or at room temperature. Serve with butter or margarine.
