Beef Roast

Very tender and good.

Ingredients

2 jars (10-12 ounces) beef mushroom gravy
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 cup Italian dressing
3-4 pounds sirloin tip or rump roast

Instructions

Mix gravy, onion soup and dressing together and place in roasting pan. Put roast in pan and cover and bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours. Take out meat to cool and then slice it. Put meat back in pan and refrigerate overnight. Next day, reheat meat covered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
