Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
4 cups celery, slivered in 1-inch long pieces
1/2 cup slivered almonds
4 teaspoons grated onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Accent seasoning
4 teaspoons lemon juice
2 cups regular mayonnaise
1 cup grated Velveeta cheese
1-1/2 cups crushed potato chips

Instructions

Toss all ingredients except cheese and potato chips. Pour into 3-quart baking dish (sprayed with Pam). Refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to baking. Sprinkle cheese and then potato chips on top. Bake at 400 degrees uncovered for 30 minutes.
