Oven Fried Chicken

1/2 cup fine bread crumbs or corn flakes
1/4 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 chicken (2-1/2 to 3 pounds), cut into serving pieces
Brush chicken with melted butter to which seasonings have been added. Roll chicken in crumbs until coated. Arrange chicken pieces with skin side up on a greased cookie sheet. Bake in 375 oven for 60 minutes or until done.
