Gourmet Beef Stew

Ingredients

2 pounds lean stew beef
1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 package Knorr's Ox Tail dry soup mix
1 can warm beer at room temperature

Instructions

Place all ingredients in casserole. Cover with tight lid. Bake in 325 degree oven for 2 1/2 hours. Serve with rice or wide noodles.
