Hawaiian Bread

2-3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup nuts (I prefer pecans)
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup cooking oil
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple and juice
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1 cup mashed bananas (2 medium)
1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine flour, soda, sugar and salt. Add nuts. Add remaining ingredients and blend carefully by hand. Place in 2 well greased 9x5-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
