Instant Beer Bread

Ingredients

1 can (12 ounces) beer, room temperature
2 tablespoons sugar
3 cups self-rising flour

Instructions

Mix all ingredients with fork. Place dough in a greased and floured loaf pan. Brush with melted butter. Bake in a 350 degree oven for one hour and 10 minutes. Cool. For variety, add 1 cup of bran and/or 1/2 cup raisins and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Slice and toast. You'll like it!
