Dad's Chicken Salad

3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cut in 1-inch cubes
2 stalks celery, cut into 1/2-inch slices
1 medium red onion (approximately 1 to 1 1/2 cups), chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Dressing:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon yellow salad mustard
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt

Combine chicken, celery, onion, and parsley in serving bowl. Combine dressing ingredients and toss gently with salad ingredients. Chill and serve with tea rolls or croissants.
