50 Ritz crackers
1-1/2 sticks butter, melted
2 packages (4-ounces) instant pistachio pudding
1-1/2 cups milk
1 quart softened vanilla ice cream
8 ounces Cool Whip
1 Heath bar

Crush and mix 50 Ritz crackers with 1-1/2 sticks melted butter. Press in 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool in refrigerator a few minutes. Mix 2 packages instant pistachio pudding with milk; add vanilla ice cream. Spread on cooled crust. Freeze until firm. Spread Cool Whip over top. Shave Heath bar and sprinkle over top. Freeze until one hour before serving.
