Salad with Parmesan Tarragon Dressing

Romaine lettuce (approximately 1 1/2 pounds), chopped
2 tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup red onion, sliced
1 can (14 ounces) artichokes, cut in chunks
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup tarragon vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
Fresh ground pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt, to taste
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Mix lettuce, tomatoes, red onion and artichokes in bowl. Mix the rest of ingredients, shake or stir well, pour over salad. Mix and serve.
