Easy Potato Salad

I like to make the night before so that flavors blend, you can garnish with slices of boiled eggs or parsley.

Ingredients

5 pounds potatoes, boiled, peeled and diced
1 dozen eggs, boiled, peeled and diced
1 medium onion, diced
1-1/2 pints sandwich spread
1 tablespoon salt

Instructions

Mix everything together and keep chilled until served.
