Pumpkin Bars

2 cups flour
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
2 cups sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 can (16-ounces) pumpkin
FROSTING:
1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese
6 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon milk

Combine all ingredients (except frosting) in large bowl. Mix until well blended. Pour into large greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Mix frosting ingredients together; frost bars when cooled to room temperature.
