Peach Cream Freeze

This is fast and easy and makes a great dessert. It can also be made with other kinds of pie fillings.

1 can (22 ounces) peach pie filling
1 can (15 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 can (8-3/4 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 cup whipping cream

In a large mixing bowl, combine pie filling, sweetened condensed milk, crushed pineapple, lemon juice and almond extract. Whip cream and fold into peach mixture. Spoon into a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Freeze. Unmold and slice. Chopped nuts or maraschino cherries may be used as a garnish. Serves 8.
