Garlic Dill Beer Bread

3 cups self-rising flour
2 teaspoons sugar
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons dill
1 can (12 ounces) beer, room temperature


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ingredients and bake 35 minutes. Half-way through baking brush top with olive oil. "Knock" after 35 minutes and place on a bread rack to cool. If it sounds hollow, it's done.
